We understand plans change. To provide transparent, binding expectations for every guest, our refund structure follows the tiered schedule below. Days are counted from the scheduled departure date.

Payment processor fees: Bank transfer: 0%. Credit card: 3% processor fee deducted from refund.
Force Majeure
Natural disasters, government-issued travel bans, or airline disruptions preventing arrival: full credit or refund minus non-recoverable costs (e.g., provisioned food, fuel).
If the captain cancels or cuts a voyage short for safety reasons (weather, sea state, National Park closure), guests receive a full credit toward a rescheduled voyage or a refund of unused days less non-recoverable provisioning costs.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and weather events.

How to Request a Refund
Submit your request in writing with your booking reference and reason. Our concierge will confirm the applicable tier within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.

This policy supersedes any verbal statements and applies to all bookings confirmed on or after the effective date above. Rebooking credits are valid for 12 months from the original departure date and are transferable to family members with prior written notice.
