When you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our booking form, we collect:

  • Name and contact details (email, WhatsApp number)
  • Travel party size, preferred dates, and trip preferences
  • Payment information (only via third-party processors — we never store card details)

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to inquiries and provide quotes
  • To process bookings and coordinate with boat operators
  • To comply with Indonesian tax and tourism regulations
  • To send trip confirmations and pre-departure logistics (no marketing unless you opt-in)

3. Data Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with:

  • Boat operators and crew (for guest manifest, dietary needs)
  • Indonesian port authorities (required for national park permits)
  • Payment processors (card networks)

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do not use your contact details for cold marketing.
